Not every product supports every customization option. Available options are clearly displayed on eligible product pages.

2. Choose Your Personalization Type

Depending on the product, you may be able to choose from three customization options.

Option A — Personalize with a Name or Text

Add a name, special date, short message, or meaningful phrase to your selected product.

How to personalize:

Open the product page.
Select your preferred color, size, or style.
Find the personalization section.
Enter your name or custom text exactly as you want it to appear.
Review your spelling and details before adding the item to your cart.

Please double-check capitalization, punctuation, and spelling. We generally use the information you submit without making changes.

Option B — Personalize with a Photo

Turn your favorite photograph into a meaningful gift.

How to upload your photo:

Select a product that supports photo personalization.
Choose your preferred product options.
Locate the photo upload field.
Upload a clear image from your device.
Review your customization details before placing your order.

Photo recommendations:

Use a clear, high-resolution image whenever possible.
Choose photographs with good lighting.
Avoid blurry, pixelated, or heavily compressed images.
Make sure faces, pets, or other important subjects are clearly visible.
Avoid screenshots, watermarks, and excessively cropped photographs.
Use the image formats accepted by the upload field.

The quality of the finished product depends in part on the quality of the original photograph and the printing surface.

Option C — Personalize with Both Name & Photo

Selected VAYLRO products allow you to combine a personalized name or message with your favorite photograph.

How it works:

Choose an eligible product.
Select your preferred size, color, or style.
Enter your personalized name or text.
Upload your photograph.
Add any necessary customization instructions.
Review all details before completing your order.

This option is ideal for custom pet gifts, family keepsakes, birthday presents, and meaningful holiday surprises.

3. Adding Special Instructions

Some products may include a field for additional personalization instructions.

You can use this field to clarify details such as:

Preferred name spelling
Important dates
Short personalized messages
Photo placement preferences
Other design details relevant to the product

We will make reasonable efforts to follow your instructions, subject to the product's design and production limitations.

Requests that cannot be accommodated may require clarification before production.

4. Photo Quality & Print Results

For the best possible result, please upload the highest-quality version of your image available.

Image placement, cropping, colors, and print details may vary depending on the product material, shape, and printing method.

A photograph that looks clear on a small phone screen may not necessarily be suitable for large-format printing.

If an uploaded photograph is unsuitable for production, we may contact you to request a replacement.

5. Review Your Personalization Details

Before completing checkout, please carefully check:

Names and spelling
Text and punctuation
Uploaded photographs
Product size and color
Selected style or material
Quantity
Shipping address

6. Can I Change My Personalization After Ordering?

If you need to change a name, photograph, or other personalization detail, please email us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and the corrected details.

Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

7. Production & Delivery

Our personalized products are produced and shipped from facilities located in the United States.

Estimated Production Time: 1–3 business days

Estimated Shipping Time: 3–7 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders requiring clarification or replacement photographs may take longer.

Once your order ships, tracking details will be provided when available.

8. Personalized Product Returns & Issues

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or customer-submitted personalization errors, except where required by law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the customization details you submitted, please contact us.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

9. Photo & Content Permissions

By submitting personalized photographs, names, artwork, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use that content for your order.

Please do not upload images or designs that infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

We use customer-submitted personalization content to process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, and address order-related issues, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not promise that customer-submitted images will be reproduced identically across all materials and printing techniques.
